Orders are accepted at anytime.
What type of payments do you accept?
VIA accepts MasterCard or VISA.
Mailing Option - If you would like to pay for your passes and tickets using a check or money order please use the Pass by Mail form instead of the VIA Online Store.
Online orders may not exceed $500. If you would like to purchase larger quantities we suggest you purchase your fare media at the VIA Finance Office at 800 West Myrtle.
Setting up an Account
If you are going to order passes from the VIA Online Store every month, you can save time by creating an account with your first order. Then on your next order all you have to do is select your passes and sign in. VIA does not maintain credit card information in your account.
When an online order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your order. You can use the confirmation number to check the status of your order.
Processing and shipping
All online orders will be processed within three (3) business days and then shipped to the customer. For orders shipped standard within the U.S., please allow an additional 5-7 business days for mail delivery. Pass shipping times are estimates only.
All orders under $100 are shipped via standard United States Postal Service (USPS) and all orders over $100 are shipped USPS Certified unless upgraded at check out. The Standard shipping fee is $1.00. The Certified shipping fee is $4.00. The Express shipping fee is $15.00.
- All online orders are final.
- VIA assumes no responsibility for passes or tickets that are lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed in the mail.
- VIA will issue no refunds or exchanges.
Your information and transaction are processed through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL uses extremely powerful encryption, which makes it nearly impossible for someone else to gain access to your data.
Two ways to verify your credit card information is being protected while purchasing on the Internet:
- Look for an unbroken key or a closed lock in the lower right corner of your browser screen (lower left with Netscape).
- Look at the address line (i.e. http://www.DARTstore.org/) at the top of the browser screen change from "http" to "https" as you access the ordering page.
